CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (COR)
A Certificate of Recognition (COR) is awarded to employers who develop health and safety programs that meet established standards.

A COR shows that the employer’s health and safety management system has been evaluated by a certified auditor and meets provincial standards. These standards are established by Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) of the Government of Alberta.

WORKERS' COMPENSATION BOARD
At Persimmon, our objective is a health and safety program surpassing the best practices of operations similar to ours. Our goal is zero accident and injuries.
This is reflected in our WCB experience rating and involvement in Partnerships in Injury Reduction (PIR) 2025. Currently, our WCB Experience Rating discount is 13.59%.
